How to get started

   Pick a club

   Choose one close to home, since you will be going every week. Signing up a child? Look for clubs with youth teams.

   Get in touch

   Send a message through the club’s website or social media and ask about a trial session. Many clubs run sessions just for beginners, both kids and adults.

   Bring the basics

   Indoor shoes, sports clothes and a water bottle. Most clubs lend you a stick for the first few sessions, so you don’t need to buy anything to start.
